It is an automated system that processes industrial seamless tubes into CDC damper cylinders for electric vehicles. Through 10 precision stages,

it produces core suspension components capable of dynamically adjusting damping force, which is critical for battery safety and energy recovery efficiency.

Our Development History

2017

Zhangjiagang Heshun Manufacturer Manufacturer Co., Ltd has been committed to R&D and production of CDC damper cylinder production lines.

2018

The first semi-automatic CDC damper cylinder production line was completed.

2021

a more intelligent automated production line for CDC damper cylinders was developed.

2022

The production line stably supplied components for two BYD models: HAN (DM-p) and TAN EV.

Currently, several NEV damper suppliers have purchased this production line from Zhangjiagang Heshun Manufacturer Manufacturer Co., Ltd

This customized automotive tube bending & forming production line can not only manufacture damper middle cylinders, but also switch to producing damper outer cylinders and inner cylinders.

Integrated Pipe Processing Line Process

This automated production line for NEV CDC damper cylinders comprises ten stages. The process initiates with an auto-feeding system transferring raw tubes to the inspection station.

Here, weld seam inspection and diameter/length measurements are performed.

Non-conforming tubes are ejected pneumatically into the rejection zone, while qualified tubes are transported via a gantry manipulator to subsequent stations:

Drilling → Hole deburring → Drawing → Fine drawing → Drawn hole chamfering → Double swaging → Double rolling

Post double-rolling, tubes are extracted by robotic arms and conveyed to the QC station. Laser sensors verify finished product dimensions.

The robotic arm then sorts conforming/non-conforming units into designated storage areas.
