Integrated with a PLC or CNC system, it allows precise control over shrinking length, diameter, and speed. It is perfect for complex, multi-step, high-precision processing.
This is the actual mold used to change the shape of the tube. After the tube is clamped and fixed in place, the feeding mechanism sends the tube end into the shrinking die (or the shrinking die actively presses against the tube end), thereby pressing the tube end into a tapered or thinner shape.
Rotating rollers apply pressure to the surface of the tube to reduce its diameter.
